Delete your account

1. Sign in to PikolBond the same way you did before (email or Google).
2. Open Settings and choose Request account deletion in the “Delete your account” section.
3. Type DELETE to confirm and choose “Request deletion”.

What happens next

• Your profile is hidden straight away and the request is recorded for 30 days. Until then you can sign in and cancel it from Settings.
• Permanent deletion at the end of the 30 days is not switched on yet. Your request is recorded and your profile stays hidden, but the data is not removed automatically when the period ends. This page will change when the automatic deletion is running. To have your data removed now, write to moralesadvisory@gmail.com from the email address on the account.

If you signed in with Google

Deleting your PikolBond account is the way to remove the information PikolBond holds, whichever way you signed in. Removing PikolBond from your Google account’s third-party connections stops Google from sharing anything further with us, but it does not delete your PikolBond account; use the steps above for that. We never receive your Google contacts, mail or files, so there is nothing like that to delete.

Can't sign in?

If you can no longer sign in, use “Forgot password” on the sign-in page if you registered with an email address. Otherwise write to moralesadvisory@gmail.com from the email address on the account and we will help.
